Front- R.O.M stands for Range of Motion, referring to the Squat, Bench and the Deadlift in powerlifting. When preforming these, the least amount of movement is optimal for when we start the lift to when we finish. The longer the distance from start to finish the more amounts of energy we need to complete the lift, which will affect the maximum you will be able to lift.


Back- The T-rex is the optimal example of a specialist bencher. With his power and stability, plus those short sturdy arms. The ROM is ridiculous. We’re sure if someone could get the chance to teach T-REX the basics of benching there would be a problem.
